Items purchased can be returned for exchanges or store credit only within 14 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return, items must have original tags, contain no stains, must be odor-less, and be in their original conditions. We will only accept returns if the item(s) is eligible to be resold.

*If an item happen to be damaged or defective, you must report it to us within (3) days after delivery day . ANY DAMAGES or defective items reported after the (3) days will NOT be accepted.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for items lost in transit.
